  I've had occasion to use this company twice. Both times, I've gotten a quick response. The work was great, employees were professional, friendly and respectful of property. I really appreciated that things were explained to me so now I know more about the workings of my house than I did before. Definitely two thumbs up and a top-notch business.

  ***** leads a few guys that I have worked with on three occasions, **** and ****. Both exceptional plumbers. Got top-notch service from both these great guys and are absolutely pro. The end results have always been perfection. Price is on point for plumbing these days. Highly recommend in a town with limited options. You want the best call *****, period.

  *********************** Wow! The Plumbing Company is amazing. Responsive, on-time, did the work efficiently, double- checked their work twice once asking for me to observe, gave me an education about care, maintenance, and diagnosing issues! I have used The Plumbing Company three times and each time I have been very pleased. Fairly priced. Friendly, knowlegeable. I'm happy!

  I am extremely grateful to The Plumbing Company. They are very knowledgeable, profesional and friendly. ***** and ****** are amazingly talented people. Im always so pleasantly surprised at the accuracy and professionalism of their work . I have used this company several times over the years and frankly, would not use any other company . Problems always resolved !! Very happy happy customer and grateful as well !! Thank you so much for all youve done !

  ***** was extremely professional in explaining how I could remedy a leak by replacing the automatic air pressure valve on my water heater. Although no actual service was provided (or needed),I will probably have *********** my water heater in the near future.

  This is an honest, down to earth company that charges reasonable rates, with friendly and competent people. I recently needed to have my year old water heater flushed out. I didnt know how to do it. So I called the company that installed it. They wanted $175.00 to come out and do the job. I didnt want to pay that kind of money for what I thought would be an easy job. I then remembered The Plumbing Company. They had replaced a damaged garbage disposal a few months back. The tech was friendly, efficient and charged a very reasonable price. So, I called them and I asked how much they would charge to come out and flush the water tank. I told them what kind of tank it was and then the representative stated it wouldnt cost me anything. He stated it was a simple procedure that he explained in a very friendly and good natured manner. Folks, this is a great company and we are lucky to have them.

  Called to set up appointment. They did exactly what they promised. They were on time, very courteous and professional. The owner, ***** was a pleasure to talk to and the tech ***** did a great job. I will use this company for all my plumbing needs. I highly recommend this company.

  The responsiveness and professionalism of The Plumbing Company in ********, ********** completely dispel the myths and real experiences of calling a plumbing business and never being called back. When I called this afternoon about not getting sufficient hot water for showering, I anticipated having to leave a message. Instead, the phone was answered immediately. After explaining the issue that needed addressing, the person said that one of the technicians was just finishing up a job and that he could proceed within a half hour to the apartment that had the problem. The technician did so in less than 30 minutes. He went immediately to work on the problem and quickly identified two possible reasons and described how to resolve the problem. He worked efficiently and with a great deal of know-how, resolving the problem. Based on this experience, calling The Plumbing Company first will be what I will do in the future when plumbing problems arise. I will also let people know about the excellent and rapid service our problem received. Thank you!
