In March 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Domain Networks business practices. This investigation was prompted by complaints and Scam Tracker reports.

BBB made inquiries to Domain Networks via email and postal mail for the following:
-The postal address 530B Harkle Rd Ste 100, Santa Fe, NM 87505 listed on Domain Networks’ website appears to be an address for a mailbox store or a virtual office. BBB was unable to find an operations address for Domain Networks. Provide current operations address and any additional contact information for Domain Networks.
-Explanation of Domain Networks connection to US Domain Authority LLC.
-Copies of all documentation that is provided to consumers for their interaction with Domain Networks such as contracts, invoices, and brochures.
-Contact information of the person completing the request.

On March 28, 2022 in response to BBB's letter Domain Networks replied via email to BBB with the following:
"Thank you for reaching out about this. The registered address of the business is 530-B Harkle Road Ste 100 Santa Fe, NM 87505.
The email and phone number are [email protected] and (505) 510-7300 is the business phone number.
Domain Networks sends a marketing letter advertising its directory listing service to potential customers."

On April 1, 2022 BBB replied via email to Domain Networks with the following:
The email BBB received on March 28, 2022 sent by Domain Networks does not address the information requested in Better Business Bureau's letter to Domain Networks dated March 28, 2022. 

To date, BBB has not received another reply from Domain Networks. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
