  Hummingbird Cabins do not manage their rentals very well.Took over 1 month to get my security deposit back after asking 3 times.You have to purchase damage insurance also.Cabin kitchen floor was dirty. The rest of the cabin was clean.Hard people to deal with.

  recently booked a cabin (******** cabin) through Vrbo in *******, **********, managed by Humming Bird Cabins, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired.Upon arrival at the cabin, we encountered multiple issues that immediately dampened our excitement. Two of the fridges were not working properly, which was a significant inconvenience as we had brought perishable items with us. Despite notifying the cabin management about the problem, they failed to address it promptly, leaving us with limited storage for our food throughout our stay.The troubles did not end there. When we tried to seek assistance from the Humming Bird Cabins' customer service, we were appalled by the lack of professionalism and courtesy displayed. The staff we interacted with were disinterested and dismissive of our concerns, making us feel unheard and undervalued as paying customers. Instead of providing genuine support, they seemed more interested in brushing off our complaints rather than finding a solution to our predicament.The lack of effective customer service from Humming Bird ********************** significantly impacted the overall enjoyment of our vacation. Booking through Vrbo, we expected a certain level of reliability and accountability from the property management company. However, their unprofessional conduct and failure to address basic issues such as faulty fridges made us question the level of care they have for their guests' comfort.A vacation is meant to be a time of relaxation and rejuvenation, but our experience at this cabin left us feeling stressed and frustrated. We regretfully cannot recommend Humming Bird Cabins to future travelers seeking a peaceful getaway in *******.In conclusion, I advise potential guests to exercise caution when considering a reservation through Humming Bird Cabins. The lack of professionalism and unaddressed issues with the property detract from what should have been an enjoyable and memorable vacation

  We stayed in the beautiful Awesome View property in August 2022. Cute property, wonderful location...but a nightmare of a visit. Hair (lots) in the showers, mud (we hope) on bedspread, stain on sheets right at **** level in the bed. Master bed was so noisy there was no way it could be slept in -- just sitting on it elicited noise. Floor vent rattled constantly in the master bedroom. We had to go through 4 coffee cups in the cupboard to find a single one that was clean. Called Hummingbird Cabins twice, and in both cases we were told we needed to speak to a manager. Never got a call back. Instead, our credit card was invoiced, with a paltry 10% discount, and this was during our stay, not upon checkout. Finally, we asked that some sheets be delivered so we could at least have a clean bed to sleep in.BEWARE---Hummingbird Cabins is quick to invoice you but does not respond to any issues of concern. Terrible customer service.
