Honesty is not one of Roswell Hyundai policy! I bought two *********/30/2023 a 2023 Sonata and 2023 Elantra I specifically told the finance manager I never get the extended warranty. When he financed the Elantra he added the warranty.I did not notice until I received statement from the ************* I called and asked why he added he told me he can refund it. It took 3 months to refund it. on the Sonata it had been in an accident and were not told. My Son took to the repair department to see why the taillights and the lights on the plate kept turning off, he was told it was a transmission problem. Which was not the problem he has been pulled over and ticketed 3 times. My credit was ran 5 times. He was called from Roswell ****** to go back, and they would make it right on 01/05/**** they ran my credit another 5 times and was told the only way they can give him the same deal is he could get a **** Sonata and didn't have one in stock and would call him as soon as they got one in Stock. The Sonata was in the shop for 4 hours nothing was repaired, I do not understand why he wasn't told from the beginning instead of running my credit again! My credit is poor now.
