  Refurbish/Update - 25' 2005 Jayco Bumper Pull Travel Trailer
  
  When we hired Israel A******** Sr. to help us with our Travel Trailer, ** was very busy working and was not in the position to where he could oversee the job properly. I (*****) was taking care of my disabled sister and her husband my brother-in-law was declining with dementia and was diagnosed with cancer. We were taking him to Lubbock, TX for surgery, rehab and cancer treatment - we needed the RV to say in.
  
  I was in Lubbock for most of two months. My brother-in-law’s cancer spread rapidly to other areas of his body and he passed away on September 2, 2024.
  I am still taking care of my sister, I was not here to oversee the work they were doing.
  
  We totally trusted them to do a good job because when Israel Sr. came by to look at the job, he assured both of us he would do a good job because he refurbished his RV and it turned out very nice.
  
  Izzy said he could have it finished in three or four days. (It took over two weeks)
  I was very happy because he was highly recommended by his cousin.
  
  We totally trusted them to do a good job. I came home to a mess. I was shocked. I tried calling Israel to ask him to please come to look at it. He didn’t answer the phone and will not return my calls or text.
  
  I did speak to Israel Jr and he said he would come back and he would also bring the large tote with materials & supplies etc., also a new roll of Everbuilt insulation, a new roll of tie wire, ratchet straps and other things back that they took from our home when they left. He said it was all taken by mistake. He still has not refunded the items. We have one phone charger that was left - it will be returned.
  
  They used the wrong kind of paint and the walls and cabinets are peeling. The paint looks to have one coat and no sealant. 6 galls of paint, 2 colors, was used. Some areas were not painted at all and you can see where it was not properly prepared.
  
  It is obvious they did not properly clean or prepare many of the areas where they painted. Touchup was not done in a lot of the areas. Some areas were not even painted. Cabinet doors are not hung right and some of the hinges are gone. Trim is not finished around the floor, bathroom door will not close. The paint is peeling off the door. The flooring was not put down correctly. There are seams where it was not put together correctly, water could eventually get under flooring. Glue was left on the new flooring, and a big open seam in the bathroom doorway.
  It was hard to know where to start to fix this mess there was no communication between father & son I trusted them I am so disappointed.
  
  There was no pride taken in the work. Israel Jr. seemed like a nice young man, but no pride in his work ethics. He did not tell the truth all the time, he would say he would be here to work at a certain time and then not show up.

  During our walk-through, with Israel Sr., prior to his Quote of $1,500.00 for Labor- plus materials. Some of the items specifically discussed were:
  1. Quality Workmanship we plan on many years use
  2. A good paint job “Requires” Outstanding Preparation
  3. Vinyl Glue Down Flooring
  4. Quality materials especially paint
  Izzy agreed materials were to be bought at Home Depot, instead they used Dollar General, Harbor Freight and Sherman Williams.
  
  We have complaints relating to All of the above.
  Also materials & tools that we furnished - Israel Jr. Took with him.
