      ? 1-Star Review (Posted After 1 Year)I originally gave ********** a 5-star review, but after a year of dealing with the aftermath of their work, I feel obligated to share the full story. I spent over $25,000 with this company to resurface my fiberglass pool, install a new skimmer, and add a new heater. Unfortunately, the experience has been extremely disappointing.They claimed the skimmer line passed pressure testing and didnt need replacing. However, as soon as the pool was filled, bubbles appeared in the return linean obvious sign of air getting in. I called the owner, and instead of a real inspection, he blamed the pump or filter.Later, I discovered a visible gap in the skimmer, and when I brought it up, I was told Just dont fill the pool all the way. After spending this much, Im told to not fully use my pool?The bubble issue never went away. I only used the pool 23 times before closing it for the season, overwhelmed with frustration and busy running my businesses.This year, I had a trusted plumbing company test the line. They confirmed a leak in the skimmer pipe Aqua Techs said was fine. The owner claimed I saw the test and that it passedbut I asked, How am I supposed to verify that? I'm not the expert here.I paid again out of pocket to replace the linesomething that shouldve been addressed *********** the new heater is leaking too. Their tech says its the heat exchanger andof coursenot under warranty. Their solution? Buy another one or pay to fix it.The owner keeps telling me Im a reasonable guy, but only when its at my expense. He never accepts responsibility and always deflects blame.?? If youre considering hiring this company, ask tough questions about warranty, pipe replacement, and what happens when something goes wrong. Dont be misled by charm or surface-level communication.I posted some pics in their ****** business listing or yelp. You can check what I'm going through.
