      We had a 3/4 hp 7gpm ***** ***** Pump installed on 5/16/2022 on our property *** ******* *** ******** **. Coyote Drilling from Milan NM was supposed to install a brand new one. They guaranteed it was brand new when installed. It didn't come out of a box either. Total Price $2289.60. This February 2023 the ***** Pump went out. We contacted Coyote immediately and let them know it was still under the one-year warranty. Pump lasted 9 months...Coyote came out and installed a new pump which we had to pay for because they said they had to send it back to the manufacture. Well, then they said there really wasn't a warranty because the pump they installed was 8 years old. Unbelievable they deceived us and installed an old probably used pump on May16 2022. Just sickening. finally, after contacting the owner ***** ******** with complaints about the deceit and fraud she said Well it was new coming out of the box. She actually made this comment jokingly. like I mentioned up above it never came in a box the worker carried it his arms. the value of the old pump is worth about $68.00, and we paid almost $1,300 for it. We recently retired here and know very little about pumps and so forth and they knew that. We've been conned and cheated for sure. I texted ***** ********* a full refund $2289.69 that's the total bill on May 16,2022. not to mention the cost of the new one we had installed this February $2,300. can you please help us? my husband has a heart condition, and this has added so much stress trying to retrieve our money back from these frauds. Neighbors said this company has a bad reputation but sadly we didn't know that until recently... thank you for the ear and hopefully you can help us. ******* *** *** ****** *** *** ****

      To who it may concern,

      Coyote Drilling Inc. responded to a service call on February 18.2023 (Saturday), from customer *** ****** in Ramah, NM. Coyote Drilling Inc. employees removed their pump inside the well and placed it with a SCALA 2 pump. Our employee told Mr. ****** that the pump will be sent back to the manufacture to get tested. Mr.****** called the office and I spoke to him personally that once they call me from the manufacture and the test was done the pump was warranty, I would refunded him the money on the pump. The pump was picked from Coyote Drilling Inc. office in Milan, NM on February 28,2023, on March 17, 2023 Mr. ****** called me to ask if I have heard anything on the pump, I told him I would call to find out the status, no more than thirty minutes later on this very same day, my husband got a text message from Mr. ****** wife that was inappropriate, threatening and vulgar language towards him and the company. I got a hold of the manufacture and they said that the pump would be warranty because it was a default pump. I than tried to get a hold of Mr. ****** and unfortunately him or his wife blocked our company phone number. Late that evening on March 17, 2023 our employee received a text from Mr. ****** wife that was threatening and vulgar language to him and our company.

      I ***** ******** told our employee to not response to Mr. ****** wife in anyway, that I would call her Monday morning (March 20,2023). I called Mr. ****** wife to explain and ask if her current address so I could refunded her the money on the warranty pump. Unfortunately, Mr. ****** wife was not cooperating with me over the phone and begin to tell me that her attorney would contact my office with a letter of demand for refunded. Mr. ****** wife has been very hostile with our company as well as employees. Mr. ****** wife was not on location when services was provided, nor did any of my employees tell Mr. ****** that they installed a pump from 2008. Mr. ****** pump that was pulled out of the well is 2020 that has never been opened or even used.

       

      As of today March 22, 2023, I am still waiting to hear from Mr. ****** attorney so I can responded and refunded the pump money to their law firm and they can to the refund to Mr. ******. When our company sends out a pump for warranty it usually takes 60 days or more from the manufacture to receive and begin the testing of the pump. Our employee called the manufacture to see if they can rush the testing once the pump was received, with that being said Mr. ****** was very fortunate to get his pump tested promptly within the 60 days or more.

      I am rejecting this response because: It's full of lies. Firstly, we'll be sending copies of my texts to Ms. ******** and ******* to BBB. I have never spoken to any of Coyote employees over this dispute only texted Ms. ******** and William. Ms. ******** is lying about being rude because I never spoke to them. secondly, I've' always been here when Coyote workers came here to work on anything. Talked and watched them work every time. My son (disabled Veteran) can vouch on this because he lives with us. Thirdly The reason I contacted Coyote with texts is because every time which is numerous Ms. ******** would come up with stories how the pump results weren't in yet. Ms. ******** told my husband she sent the pump off during one phone call. well, a few weeks later my husband called and was told by an employee he was just getting ready to send it off (husband has his name) The ***** Pump that went out was a 2014 8-year-old pump. We have pictures of it. My husband was told probably no warranty because of age. Of course, we are upset we paid $2289.60. for an old pump. Which was supposed to be a 2022 pump. when my husband called you and told you that's not what was supposed to be installed you said Well it was new coming out of the box... It never came out of a box the worker had it in his arms. No Box. And Ms. ********, I told you when I answered the phone, I was hearing impaired and couldn't hear you. I said Just send the full amount were requesting. You'd been harassing us on the phone repeatedly on Monday March 13. we have copies of all the calls one after another. and yes, we did seek legal advice because of all the lies coming from your Company. We don't have to have an attorney to get our monies returned just another example of your deceit. Weve been told you have a criminal record and some employees shady and not trustworthy. Lastly All we want is a full refund. I blocked your phone number on my husband's phone because he's been under a lot of stress over being deceived and lied to numerous times by all of you at Coyote Drilling Company. He's a Veteran with a heart condition and he doesn't need this. I'm protecting him.

      1. Funds will be Certified Check or Postal Money Order.

      3. Further civil action may take place if there is negative contact/publicity of any kind toward complainant.

      4. Owner will send a sign a notarized statement agreeing to these conditions, with the refund.

      5. Refund for the pump only will be accepted without prejudice.
