    On January 3, 2025, two technicians from this company came to clean my carpets and tile grout. When they left and I walked into my kitchen, I noticed all the bottom parts of my appliances (refrigerator, stove, dish washer and washer and dryer) were splashed with something. It looked like water. I went to get a microfiber cloth with water and Dawn soap to clean it and it did not clean off. That is when I noticed it was acid or something. My hard wood floor strips also came on glued and were ruined from them cleaning. I immediately called the company, and the owner answered. He told me to not worry about it and he will send a tech out to clean it for me. He stated that happens sometimes and they can clean it off. I made a comment and said that if this happens, then his techs should put plastic on appliances to protect them from this. He said I was right and will keep this in mind. We set up an appointment for this tech to come clean my stuff. The tech came a week or so later and cleaned them. He was using a scrubber and some white filmy stuff to clean them. When I noticed he was using a scrubber, I right away said that it was going to scratch my stuff and he said, that is how they clean it. So I just let things be. After he was done, I noticed my appliances were lighter in the bottom than the top part. I told him I was not happy with that and he said he told his boss how they came out and that his boss said after 2 days it will all go back to it's original stainless steel color. I waited two days and it still looked the same. On top of this they were scratched so bad. I tried calling the company and could never get through. I left two different voicemails and texted the owner to the phone number he gave me originally to text him pictures of the damage. I texted him pictures of how my stuff looks after his tech cleaned them. I texted multiple times and he will not get back to me. I don't know how to fix this besides him getting me new appliances and washer and dryer.
