In October 2021 I hired Lifetime Roof and Stucco for a roofing job on my rental property located at ***** *** ******* ** ************ ** *****. Approximately 1 yr later October 2022, my tenants notified me that the ceiling tiles inside the den were discoloring do to a leak from the roof. I called ********* ***** (Owner) that I dealt with when I first hired Lifetime Roof and Stucco. I sent pictures to ********* of the top of the roof and the interior damage to the roof. ********* came out to my property on 09/27/22 to observe the leaky roof however he refused to go inside the residence to observe the damage the leak caused and the condition of the interior roof. ********* did elect to get on the roof, I was told that it’s possible that the seams along the newly installed TPO material may have failed and he would re-seal them and replace the ceiling tiles that were damaged. Two days later I contacted ********* and asked him if his crew had gone out to my rental property to repair the leak as promised, ********* stated they did, my tenants stated they never saw anyone come out to the mentioned property. To this day, ********* stopped communicating with me, I have called and texted approximately 10 times and have sent emails as well. There is zero evidence that any repairs were made to my roof and the damage caused by the leak have not been taken care of. We have a 10 yr warranty from Lifetime Roof and Stucco, which is not being honored. I requested from ********* a work order or some type of detailed report on the warranty work that was allegedly completed at my rental property for my records and documentation of the warranty work, no contact. I am requesting assistance with my complaint of a very unprofessional and poor workmanship performed by Lifetime Roof and Stucco and the business failing to adhere to their 10 yr warranty that was paid for when they were paid in full 2021.
