    So for an hour and a half of work on a Saturday and a $30 part, I was charged $890. I was given the runaround from the scheduler and the electrician that Saturday charges would be no higher than during the week. Most companies only charge extra for Sundays and holidays any more. My bad for accepting the estimate. I was charged $150 for one hour of "off peak." That leaves the rest in what "parts," "expertise," ???. The electrician spent a lot of time looking at things that could be replaced, like the panel box, for $5K, which we weren't interested in. He reconnected the dryer 220 outlet connections and secured the outlet box to a stud ($348). He also replaced an outside GFI fixture ($330). That's it. Will never use them again or recommend.

    Working with this company has led to depression, suicidal thoughts and bankruptcy! When we tried to talk about our concerns we were told that they would not finish the job,leaving my family without heat in the middle of winter. ****, the lead, said he would not talk to us until we paid. We paid and our concerns fell on deaf ears.This morning I woke to my hot water heater spraying water to the ceiling! When I called the company I was told that the work I had done was not covered by the warranty and that I would have to pay for more repairs. I paid them almost $24,000!Awful, Awful people!

    I purchased service for swamp cooler shut down and heater start up. I have 2 services left and unable to use this year so wanted to move to next year. They told me no so I have paid for services I will not get. I was not offered a refund on this. This is truly unacceptable, they have my money and I will not get their service. I will contact the BBB also and share on social media.

    Our Office Manager just got off the phone with Ms. ******* She explained the expiration policy, and that Ms. ****** has a Spring and Fall Membership for the upcoming year 2025. Ms. ****** informed us that she is going out of town for an undetermined amount of time, and our Office Manager asked her to give us a call when she gets back. When she returns, we'll see what we can do to assist her in her Fall Startup, and ensure she's completely taken care of. Ms. ****** says that this matter has now been taken care of, and we look forward to helping her when she gets back into town

    $$$$$$! I just spent $ ****** on troubleshooting water connection and hose clean out for swamp cooler. ****** was sweet but had to spend most of his time talking on the phone to his Lead. Once done, he charged me for that time on the phone as labor.And then to add to my disgust , ** told work is not warranted. What? What company doesnt warranty their work.I completely feel ripped off.

    I recently had a sewer-line repair performed by Albuquerque Plumbing, and I was highly satisfied with the results. The work was first-rate, and the crew (*****, ****, other members) were both professional and courteous. All were knowledgeable, skilled professionals, but I was most impressed with the Team Leader, *****. I found him to be not only highly skilled, but very honest in his approach to the project (estimates, issues, etc.). He made a great effort to set up the project to be as inexpensive as possible. This is a quality I especially appreciate when it comes to costly repairs. I have more plumbing work I plan to do soon, and I will certainly be going back to Albuquerque Plumbing.

    I have been getting a faint sewer smell in master bath and on other side of wall which is my living room. I finally called and made appointment with Albuquerque Plumbing Heating and Cooling. I have used this company 3-4 times. I trust them because they have been good to me. They take pictures of the repairs needed and explain to me very clearly what the problem is. Today 1/25/24 Greg T called arrived on time. He listened to my concerns and looked where I thought smell was coming from. He showed me there’s no leaks or mold. Of course we couldn’t find anything. I appreciate the time he took to help me. Listening to me. I was so glad there were no leaks. He also just to be sure checked the water meter make sure wasn’t spinning showing I might have a leak. No spinning. So thankful for Greg’s help he also gave me some pointers on what could possibly be the smell, dead mouse, etc. Also I have a drywall opening he suggested caulk the cracks of the opening. I will take Greg’s advice and suggestions. I really was comfortable with Greg T. great technician made me feel comfortable and didn't just ignore me. I felt like he cared about my concerns. Thank you Greg T. I will continue to use this Company for my plumbing and mechanical needs. I hope I found a company I trust.

    I was charged $668 for a 2 gallon expansion tank that the manufacturer said should not have cost more than $50. Total, I had to pay approx. $835 for the entire job of installing this expansion tank-which took approx. 20 minutes using approx a 14 inch piece of copper pipe. The entire job should not have cost more than $300. I know I will not get my money back, but everyone needs to know that this business is a theif, dishonest, and their workmanship is not all that great either. Make them put everything in writing before you have them do anything, because they like to change their price costs if you don't. And, don't fall for the fake charm or them pretending to be knowledgable about all plumbing matters, because they are not. Get everything in writing-even if you go through *****'s List or H*** *******.

    Over charging for their services. $1700 to replace an AC blower fan in 2 hours plus diagnostic fee of $113. When I asked if worker could check heater, he stated that was not part of service and talked us into a $300 year contract to check heater and cooler once each. I called to talk about the diagnostic fee since most companies do not charge the diagnostic if they fix the issue. The secretary and manager were uncaring and acted as though it was an imposition.

    My ***** was telling me that today they had a great experience with ***** today. They had a clogged sink that me and him have worked on in the past that took us 2-3 hours of work and ***** came in and was able to ************** in under 20 minuets! Amazing work!
