    After meeting with the owner and coming up with a plan, amount and time frame, ($4000) to reupholster the complete inside of my vehicle plus dash, a deposit ($2000) was made, and vehicle was dropped off. After the first two weeks of no communication, I visited the shop to check on progress which I noticed my job had not been started. I gave the owner the benefit of the doubt since I to own my own business. and was promised work would be started, which it was, but after another two weeks, many calls and excuses, I decided to pick up my car, but again was meet with a promise to have it completed, so, I once again gave her another chance to finish. After a few more days, i was informed by the owner that she only needed 24 more hours to be 100% completed. This went on for two more days. On the 3rd day I decided to just pick up my vehicle not finished. I ended up giving her another $800 so there would be no trouble getting my vehicle back. Upon final inspection, I noticed that the carpet was pulling up and my dashboard was bubbling. The ****** on my seats do not match. I have asked for her insurance information a few times with no response. I would just like to file a claim with her insurance and get the work I paid for done correctly.
