    Terrible.I made the appointment with All Terrain Transmission because they are the only AAA affiliated shop in my small town. I was told they wouldn't have an opening till said date, then on which I had my car towed in. I was told that once my car was brought in that they would do a simple hook up to my car to a machine to do a diagnostic. Two weeks went by with excuse after excuse as why my car hadn't been hooked up to the machine.I had to get my vehicle towed back out of that place cause I was told they had "no idea" how many vehicles were ahead of mine after patiently waiting the two weeks for them to simply hook up my car to their diagnostic machine and switch out a simple part ( which they did neither of).I definitely expected All Terrain Transmission to conduct business in a professional and timely manner but unfortunately, it is disappointing.

    The diagnostic fee and initial repair on my car were expensive, and I am still not able to drive it. I think the service advisor did not recommend the best approach to fixing the car. I won't be returning.

    Greatly over charged(double of what I have been quoted from other providers) for the services I received. They took advantage of me because I was strained with two children and had no other options.
