Whole roof replacement, fast and furious, poor quality workmanship, Representative was unprofessional, misrepresenting roofing issues. After 4 years noticed leaking behind a closed door room. Poor quality unsuccessful attempt to repair leak. My opinion, professional opinion welcomed. I will never hire ProGreen again.

****************************, thank for the review. We want to assure you that we take all reviews very seriously. We installed your roof in 2015. That is six years ago. During this six years we received two calls from you in regards to possible roof leaks. We promptly inspected the roof and advised you that your leaks were due to stucco issues and the second time was your a/c unit. We fixed them for you at no cost even if it wasn't the roof. If you have a leak today all you had to do was call us and we would have taken care of it even if you are out of warranty and no maintenance was performed during this 6 years since we installed. The fact that you are leaving a review 6 years later is a little puzzling but I can assure we will take the necessary steps as a company to make sure we serve our community better.Sincerely,Pro Green

In response to Progreens comment. Please check your records, Progreen replaced my roof in 2016. At no time was I told the stucco and/or the air conditioner caused the leak in my new roof. The stucco did not cause the leaking. The air conditioner did not cause the leaking, unless it was the aluminum foil tape the roofers used to close a gap they made during roofing. I requested an estimate to repair the leak. I did not receive an estimate, but I did receive a free patchwork of tar and mismatched rock which did not repair the leak. Shortly after the 2016 roofing, I discovered the roofers had not s**** down any of my three skylights when the wind blew them open. Also, ***** sawed a hole in my plywood decking due to a vent replaced improperly. As I stated previously, I will never hire ProGreen again no reason to call. Art, as the owner of Progreen, you are more than welcome to inspect the poor quality workmanship of my roof replacement and tar patchwork. Professionalism and quality workmanship matters. My previous roof, lasted 15 years before the great hail storm of 2015.
