    "Based on my experience with this company they were courteous which led me to believe that they were going to be a good company to hire for a gas line I needed to install for my kitchen stove but to no avail they went out to do an estimate in the middle of the week. By the middle of the next week they still had not given me an estimate and I did keep checking back with the secretary and she kept telling me that the guy in charge of giving the estimates would be getting back to me and it never happened." ...
