  ****************************** took them 18 months to pay out a settlement for damagesyet they demanded I provide everything they needed within 90 days or else I would be in violation. Their paperwork even stated they would pay settlements in 90 days. The hypocrisy and lack of accountability were astounding. The response from the owner for his delay was "the moving industry is slow right now and I have other obligations to pay." It's no wonder it is slow for you when your service and responsiveness are nothing short of unspeakable. ********************************** From the start, the crew was late, unprofessional, and dismissive of my time. The owner was equally unresponsive and dismissive when I raised concerns. Their behavior throughout the process made it clear they have no respect for their customers.Damage to ***************** Their handling of my household goods was careless. Several appliances were damaged beyond repair, and my home suffered extensive wall and floor ************** ****************** We also paid them to store our items for 67 months. They promised a temperature- and humidity-controlled environment, but what we got was the opposite. Items came back rusted, weathered, and covered in dust. Some boxes had clearly been soaked and dried. Tools were rusted, furniture was stained, and countless items were ***************************** Tactics The owners dismissive response to all of this was: Thats what happens when you movestuff breaks or you lose it. Thats exactly why I hired professionals, to prevent that outcome. To make things worse, they refused to unload my belongings until payment was made in full, calling it industry standard. Thats not standardits *************** ********************* operates without integrity, empathy, or professionalism. They caused financial loss, property damage, and endless stress.

  This is the worse experience I have ever had with any moving company. First they were 5 hours late to pick up my belongings. Then after we did an initial inventory and the ****** and his movers were done packing (which was done with minimal attention to detail) There was a dispute of payment. I was forced to put additional money down or they would not proceed with delivering my belongings. The next day they showed up and delivered my belongings. Boxes were not clearly marked and when I asked ****** as to what it would show for final inventory ( as I go rid of alot if items) he said he didnt know and said that the office would figure it out. Much to my disgust they claimed they didnt have the bill of landing to give to the main moving company to verify my items. Oh, I was asked to tip ****** and his workers which I of course said NO. So I was not reimbursed for the difference. DO NOT USE THEM HORRIBLE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE

  TERRIBLE, UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE, which is still not resolved as Ready, Set Go Moving & Van Lines does not answer their phone or return phone messages left regarding extensive damages.

  THIS IS THE WORST MOVING COMPANY ON THE PLANET. DISHONEST AND UNPROFESSIONAL. DAMAGED MY SELF STORAGE FACILITY WHEN THEY WERE HIRED BY MY CUSTOMER TO DELIVER THEIR STUFF HERE TO A UNIT THEY RENTED. READY SET GO THEN REFUSED TO ADMIT THEY EVEN HIT MY BUILDING, ALTHOUGH I HAD TWO WITNESSES. TERRIBLE EMPLOYEES. DESERVE ZERO STARS.

  Ready Set Go Moving & Van Lines is my savior! The other moving company I have hired has canceled on me at the last minute, leaving me hopeless and frustrated, and these wonderful men just came and did everything right! Not only did they book us on short notice and come without any delays, they have also relocated everything so nicely and professionally, without a single scratch or dent on our items. Thank you so much!!! You are the best!!

  This is the 2nd time we used the Ready Set Go Moving & Van Lines and we will use them again! The 3 guys who helped us move ***** S**** * ****** worked very hard to get us moved quickly from one place to another, they were professional, courteous * had all the skills necessary to dismantle * put back together all the furniture we had to move. I would highly recommend this company * will be calling them back when we need to go for move #3! Thank you again for the great service!

  Ruined my largest big screen TV over 4 months ago and are now ignoring my calls for my damage claim. I have called 10 times. Funny because when they were moving me they answered every call I made. Will file a small claims court case. Very disappointed.

  Absolute worst company Ive ever worked with. Damaged multiple goods and will not send me a claims form. My main contact, *******, will not respond to me. Customer service will not respond to me despite multiple attempts at reaching out via emails and phone calls with voicemails. DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY. They will destroy your belongings and never respond once they get your money.
