    Horrible experience!! They have horrible communication and accuracy. They sent the *** test to the wrong address and constantly asked to handle tasks after their mishaps delayed results. Literally has been over 5 months and *** results STILL arent available. DO NOT USE THEM.

    This is the lab that tests for DNA Direct Paternity Tests. I would not recommend. It took them 7 days to get the kit back in the mail. So since it showed up Friday. I didn’t get the results until the next Wednesday which is another 5 days. DNA Direct advertises 1-2 business days which would have been Tuesday. I would not trust this lab to perform lab tests. The results aren’t even permissible in court. ** **** ***** ** ********** ********** *** ******** ***** ******* *** **************

    Even though I didn't like what I saw on my results on a dna test. It was 100% accurate. I'd definitely refer them to anyone!
