      ******** customer service. They did not pick up and said it was our fault due to placement of containers under a tree (when they had picked up previously with no problem). No note or advanced notice was left asking us to move them containers further out. I had to use their automated service to file a ticket, and they said they emailed the next day, but no email found. They refused to go back without a charge, even though we weren't aware there was a problem. Manager ********** state that drivers previously left emptied trash in a different location and that was their "communication" to us that they should be placed in a different spot. Ridiculous!

      Wind was blowing, as it often does here in **, so we put a small piece of tape on the lid of our recycle can to keep it from blowing open. It had already blown open once, and we had to pick up trash blowing around. Their driver would not empty the can because the lid was taped. I've been taping the lids for years to prevent trash from blowing around the neighborhood. If they dump the can, the tape will break and the lid will open. Now they will only come pick up my recycle if I pay them $30. I'm not paying for a service for which I've already paid. Unfortunately, this is the only service we are allowed to use. Terrible service. If you can do so, avoid this company.

      Terrible! In just few months of using their service, they skipped at least six pick up scheduled and did not make up for it. Paying them for their weekly service and not being credited for it so I stopped paying. Then they threatened to send it to the collection agency. When I finally paid in full they closed my account. No accountability for them. Totally bad and unfair. Dirty and trash. Thats what they collect anyway. They are who they hang around with. Trashes.
