  On April 24th, Deuces Towing and Recovery committed predatory towing. They approached me about my vehicle, a 2014 Mercedes-Benz CLS550, we had a conversation, and they left. So I thought.
  This took place in a shopping center parking lot, where I had been in communication with security patrol personnel. 15 minutes after I was out of sight from my vehicle, Deuces Towing pulled up, hooked up my car, and told my friend whom I'd left the keys with that they were called out by security. They refused to unhook my car and expressed to my friend how nice my car was.
  They never notified me l, nor my loan company that they had possession. Once I found out they had it, it took them 3 days of me calling, during business hours, to even get a total of what they were claiming I owed to get my vehicle back. They also refused to provide me with a breakdown/statement of fees. They said I could only get that After I paid.
  Deuces Towing had almost immediately placed an abandonment lien on my car, and now, it's no longer on their lot.
  What they are doing is called Grand Theft Auto and fraudulent business. They were never authorized to remove my vehicle.

  On the date stated above the registered owner requested a tow from us upon responding she was notified there would be a fee to tow she denied the tow and asked if we wanted to buy the vehicle we told her no she seemed intoxicated or under the influence we left within 1in a half hrs we recieved another call from walmart security requesting a tow we asked her how she found us she stated she got our number off the truck from when we were talking to the registered owner the car when we arrived there was a native american stating the lady was selling him the car security then intervened and stated they could not leave the car it had been abadoned there for 3 days already he said he didnt have the means to tow it so security asked us to tow it we called it in to police dispatch the registered owner call said ahe would call us back because she could not get back to new mexico as she was in california we still have the vehicle in our lot in the same condition it was abandoned at walmart in i have no problem releasing the vehicle to the registered owner i wish i just had a responsible party to be able to release it to i will also cut back on the storage fees just need a lil more responsibility from the lady have a great day and hope to hear from you soon *************

  March 7th, 2025. 7pm, I called the cops. MCS deputy ***** ***** worked with us. He told us the tow truck driver usually needs the keys. You need to put it in neutral to tow it, even i know that. We left the car running and the hazard lights on, we have pictures. The next day I called Deuce's towing and recovery. On website it said it was open. I told them who I was and I'm on my way. He said were closed and come back Monday. Its open only for towing. Monday I kept calling them, See how much my car was worth to take it out, they kept telling me to call back in 30 mins, and after 4 attempts the gave me the price of $591.64. When I got to the office the girl meet us in the parking lot and said I'm in a hurry, I have an appointment at MVD and I have to go. I started calculating the price she said are you going pay for it! I have to go. Paid for it. I asked for my key and they said we didn't get the key and the never had it. Told them deputy ***** took the key to give it to the tow driver. later they found it. ******* said we just parked the car and they didn't turn off the car, so the key wasn't working. ******* said stand somewhere else we just going drag it out. It should have been in neutral to drag it of towing it, it wasn't. I stood outside the property behind the fence, started recording and ******* got mad saying do not record started yelling at me. I was a paying customer, I have this on video. ******* just drag out the car to the clearing and said your on your own now. Were trying to put the car on the trailer and ******* came back with others workers and just joked about the car's transmission probably ruin now. they all just laugh. That wouldn't be the case if they just turn off the car. The company was unprofessional. Observed how customer's vehicles, property were mishandle. I was treated poorly and over price. There was another customer he was charged the same amount, about 1 or 2 miles away for the same amount. They ruin my radiator killed my battery.

  Im sorry you feel this way but ur vehicle was involved in a semi accident where the driver side was completly destroyed including the driver front tire where the c/v shatf that goes to the transmission were destroyed including lower a arm control stabilizer ur car is a total loss in which u said u were going after the semi business you cannot blame 2 companies for ur loss we have a sworn officers tow sheet stating the extent of damage that was incurred in the accident as to the dragging ur vehicle it was put on skates and pulled bout 5 feet which are a plastic skate when wheels are locked up so ur vehicle was moved in the most upmost care and professionalism  to give u guys the opportunity to load it ongo ur flat bed which took u guys bout 2 hrs due to the driver axle destroyed in which u became irate that we did not load it on ur flat bed with the tow truck we couldnt due to insurance reasons it is against the law to falsely accuse to gain benefit all fees applied are legal and accurate each case is different and are charged accordingly mam with all due respect be gratefull ur daughter is ok we talked and i told u how happy i was that she was safe because the semi came within inches of her theres a thing called karma in which i believe heavily in please be truthfull in this matter  and  the person was ****** *** Who chose not to be filmed he has a right to privacy mam so u did not even have the person in which was blamed correctly im closing with this have a blessed day and be safe out there and again im thankfull ur daughter is ok and if i were u i would go after the semi company who destroyed ur vehicle because we didnt also i wasnt on scene and was told we didnt have keys but when the driver who was on scene found them i appologize for the 5 minute delay it caused for him to walk inside and get them but prior to him walking in to get them the vehicle was not touched after retrieving the keys we hooked cables to give it power from another vehicle to put in neutral have a great rest of ur weakend
