    On the day of July 31,2024 when the Dealer ****** the sales dealer said to leave and get off property and she said she going to to charge me with trespassing when I want to know when my vechile going to get fix, they said it fix but the engine light still on , it over heats and drive very slow, they didn't honor their word on fixing my vechile when I purchased it and the bank already paid them the money.....they told me to leave so I left and ask a firend to pick it up for me in the even when it almost close around 5:45pm . I would like the Enchanted Auto Sales to pay my auto fixing cost sense they didn't fix it. If they can't honor what they say can I get the money back for my vechile and the interest to the bank sense they don't want to fix my vechile. This isn't right and I don't want to deal with any of those people that work their , just Give me back my money I tired of this issue or they pay for my vechile to get fix on the closing of where I want it to get fix at? Or give back the money to the bank with interest. The amount is 14,246.33 to the bank of Sandia Laboratory federal credit union in Albuquerque NM. This isn't right to sell me a vechile I can't drive or use. I need something for something to be done I can't even drive this, I'm about to turn to court processing on this issues if their no result been done about this issues on the the vechile 2016 Kia Soul on the engine light and the over heating and driving is very slow., like it's about to just die on the vechile.

    Went to dealship purchase a vechile on Kia Soul 2016 it have engine light On. ****** the Dealer seller said its a little thing to fix so they well fix it but to taking them four time to fix it, and still not results is been done to fix the engine light. Their three sales people name ******. Who is the head person and second in Angie then ******. Their no calls or communication from sales person on results of vechile engine light....been fix. My parents have to go over their to see the results of the vechile but they say to them they don't know what going on, or what the maintenance person is doing.....all they keep tell my parents it we'll be do at certain time, then when parents drive thevechile for a test drive the engine light goes back on this happen four times..... now .....I ask for them to give me a different vechile that better ....the main own ******...never Their and the sale womans have their kids their and does pay attention to what I'm saying. I'm unhappy I got the vechile on July 12, 2024 and sign the papers on July 15, 2025 .....their no communication, their not fix the engine light, the sales people give us different answer left and right now their tell me and my parents where harassing them and we just what you know when it we'll be fix to where the engine light don't come on and if I can get a different vechile sense their making excuse to fix the vechile and no communication at all even when we call. Better service.

    To whom it may concern, we are sorry to hear about these inconveniences. Date of Sale was 07/15/2024. We did provide and require all customers to sign the New Mexico Buyers Guide Implied warranty, which states that we are only responsible for vehicle repairs within the first 15 days or 500 miles, whichever comes first after purchase. When the customers mother, who is not on the contract, brought in the vehicle, they were past the warranty period. We could not provide her parents with information on her contract due to our privacy policies. When we offered to refer them to a mechanic, the mother wanted immediate repairs. We informed the customer's mother that the mechanics were only performing repairs by appointment only. We did offer to help her daughter through good will repair, but we were not able to follow through without consent from *** *********. ***** parents arrived yelling at our employees, and we advised them that they could not treat them in that manner. For the safety of our employees and customers, we asked them to leave the premises. *** at no time gave consent for us to release information, or act on any of her parents requests. *** came into the office on 08/01/2024, stating that she wanted to return the car because she did not appreciate the way her mother was treated, we did explain to her the problem we were having with her parents. She left without further discussing the issue.

    Bought a vehicle had it for 1 month 3 weeks. and it broke down. Ask dealership if they can fix it they refused. I offered to pay them money. They company said no mechanic. I only made 1 payment. I told them I will pay once car is fixed.

    I apologize for your situation Ms. *****. As stated in the implied warranty signed, we are only responsible for fixtures within the implied warranty period which is 15 days or 500 miles. Your warranty was expired at the time of the complaint. Our mechanics were not taking any more vehicles at the time because they were over booked with other dealerships. Unfortunately, we do not recommend outside mechanics because if any issues occur with them, we do not wish to be held accountable. We hope you are able to resolve this issue and wish you the best of luck.
