      HORRIBLE BUSINESS! We recently bought a luxury car from WAG, they failed to inspect it thoroughly and sold us a car with a cracked rim. They refused to assist us in the warranty matter. Both the MAIN and WARRANTY supervisors have awful attitudes! If you don't want to work with people, get a different job! The salesman was also no help. We have an expensive cracked rim to replace - Happy Holidays!

      We are sorry you feel this way. We have tried to explain that when you put as many miles as you have on the vehicle and driven the rode you have that there nothing we can do. A very detailed inspection was done. Again if you would like to review the photos taken that show no damage we are happy to have you come in and look at them. It is obviously after the ******* mile put on the vehicle you may have hit a pot hole that cracked the rim. This is an insurance issue not a warranty issue. Even at that not even new vehicles come with damage coverage on wheels. Again please reach out to your insurance and find out if you purchased proper coverage to cover wheel damage. We wish we could cover the damage and have you happy but there is just not any coverage under the warranty or extended Service Contract.
