On line it shows having a pool and hot tub. This is how the hotel lures you in, then you get thier and see a dried up pool that hasn't been used in maybe 2 years and there definitely is not any hot tubs. I signed in then when outside to wait for my friends to sign in and get their room. While waiting outside the desk clerk comes out and starts taking pics of our vehicles and trying not to make it obvious. Then al 4 of us went inside to our respect rooms to drop our things off and get ready to go ear after a 7 hour drive. I stepped in the door and as soon as I put my things down I could smell the bleach they used on the sheets, not good, I knew that night it would make me itchy and it did. So then, I go in the bathroom and there is rust around the drain in the shower, long black hair on the wall, my hair is dark blonde and the toilet seat shifted when you sat on it. Next walking down the halls. Horrible ripped and stained carpet. 1st night sleeping in the room it wasn't horrible but it wasn't good either alot of itching and scratching because whomever does laundry puts to much bleach on the sheets. . I hurry to get up to get some fresh coffee in the lobby. I go get 2 small cups and look at the creamers, french vanilla and hazelnut. Bring the coffee back to the room and first sip is almost cold. I drank it anyway. The tell you on their site they have fresh hot coffee. I did not use the coffee machine in the bedroom because it had mold inside it. No thank you. Last and final night me and my fiance were trying to go to sleep and all we heard was screaming from a woman right across the hall she said " Did you hit him?" The no noise. I went outside asked the front desk clerk to do something about it, she did nothing. About 3 am more pounding from across the hall. Sounds like scuffling, and then a guy saying" I kicked his ass". So, finally I can get some sleep , so I thought, We were awoken again from a handyman doing putty work on our wall at 6 am. I wouldn't stay there again if you paid me. They need to compensate Us for the things that were wrong
