    Sadly what a mess the last couple days this has been. Hot water $4000 plus. Yep. And it was not leaking. I brought this up and the owner placed me in such an uncomfortable situation. He showed up without warning while the ** person was here fixing the actual leak that was allegedly supposed to have been the hot water heater that they admittedly told me it was was not after they had pulled it out charged me $4,000 and put in a new one and then put it in leaning and it a gas hot water heater. Luckily ***** who is the ** person that was here noticed it immediately and took action to make sure that it got corrected thank goodness I cannot say enough for this gentleman. But the fact that I was told my hot water heater needed to be replaced and it was going to be $4,000 and it wasn't even the issue and then they didn't even admit to that until it was done with and I was signing. I am a cancer patient on chemotherapy just got out of the hospital two days ago and taken advantage of or so I felt. A backdrop to this is I just used the same company less than 2 weeks ago for $11,000 new unit and my daughter's home with some backwards and forwards minor issues there from an employee. However this was huge. Here I'm struggling to be able to pay co-payments for chemotherapy and when they tell me $4,000 I've got tears running down my face and that still was no compassion to be honest with me that my hot water heater was not leaking. Now after I brought it ** in conversation with the HV** individual he contacted the company on my behalf because he was upset for me and they admitted that my hot water heater was not leaking but then they tried to say that I knew this well yeah I did know this after the fact after you took it out installed a new one and gave me a bill. We thought there had been a resolution after the company talked to the employee and came back to me on authority of the Son of the company owner to see full details see their ******** review SO PLUMBING 0 Stars HV** 5
