              I bought my car from Hamilton ford in September 2023 and the morning after I bought my vehicle I noticed the tail light was broken so I reached out to my sale person which was ***** and he told me they would get it fixed later in the day my car wouldn't start told me to find someone to Jumpstart it died again the next day couldn't get to work they apparently couldn't figure out the issue then we got rain and my windshield leaks contact dealership and was told it wold be fixed.on November 20th 2023 the car died again and they came and got my car and had it till January 10th my taillight and windshield is still messed up and now the car needed an alignment and has a bad tire and the heat/ac doesn't work. My seats in the back were broken as well but was fixed finally. From the moment I bought this car it's been nothing but problems

              Sold me a car with one head light. When I told them it had one light the argued with me saying no its LED so it takes awhile to come on. I get pulled over for no headlight. I take it back to them for them to tell me no the light work. I explained that I got pulled over and the cop said there is no headlight. They send me to another shop. That shop wanted $250 to replace the headlight. The **** house is a scam!! They do not care about their customers. They had me purchase GAP insurance then when I try to use they said I couldnt cause it was a maintenance item. They never gave me the full tank of gas when I purchased my Durango. I would not recommend them!!!
