      I contacted Advanced Pest Control about spraying my yard for grass burrs. The number on the truck was answered by **** ** **** and said to leave a message, but voice messages were not set up on that phone.
      Finally able to talk to a lady & I told her I needed my yard sprayed & I had grass burrs coming out. The lady said they could spray on a certain day and I said that was ok. About a week later I received a text saying the job was completed. I returned to Carlsbad about a week and a half later and found more grass burrs had come up & no sign that they were dying. I called the number that I had used earlier. No response.
      ******** Chamber of Commerce gave me a cell phone number of **** ** ****. I called & left a message. I asked for a call back. After about an hour I received a call from Mr. ** **** and he said he was sorry about what was going on and that he had turned Advanced Pest Control over to his son. Mr. ** **** was able to give me a different cell phone number that he was sure the son would answer.
      I called the new cell phone number. Did get in touch with **** ** ****, I guess **** the 2nd. I explained that I was having more grass burrs coming up after he allegedly sprayed my yard. ** **** junior said that the rains were causing problems and he would get back in touch with me when he returned to NM.
      I waited for two weeks and called the same cell number and had to leave a message. I waited for a week for his reply and he never called back. I then contacted another company because I needed those burrs sprayed. The new company came out and explained what was going on and gave his opinion. I don't think it would be appropriate to say what he told me. I was not in Carlsbad when the yard was or was not sprayed.
      Sept. 27, I received the first bill from Advanced for the spraying and a late fee. The bill had return address from Oklahoma. I will not pay the late fee. I will pay bill and be done with this person, but I feel I should file this review
