    I filed a complaint last year about our mobile home not being properly put together right. It had multiple leaks, and problems when we moved in. Clayton homes acknowledged the problems and their fault. It took over a year to get a major leak on our AC unit fixed. I was soaking up water in towels all day to contain the leak multiple times a day. In the morning it would be a puddle of water. They still have not replaced the water damaged floor or sheet rock wall that developed black mold. It’s been about 3 years of us trying to get this work done through them. Clayton homes did contact us regarding the complaint, but did not fully fix our home still. They actually caused more damage to our home. My husband and I have been trying to contact them since June 2023 to finish our home repairs. I did get ahold of a lady named Crystal about two weeks ago, and she told me “they are too busy with other houses, and it’s normal to have to wait 2-3 years” for them to fix their mess ups that they moved us into. She sent me a email and said to send her the remaining list of things they didn’t tend to. She will personally have a meeting with her manager who is too busy to talk to me. So I did so. It’s been over a week now and I’ve heard nothing back. I recently discovered a massive leak under the kitchen sink that was not there prior to them working on our original kitchen sink leak. Now mold is under our sink, and in our laundry room that they don’t seem to find of importance to fix. I am at a loss, and they don’t seem to care that we are living with mold they caused by not properly inspecting our home prior to us moving in. The hot water heater, AC unit, and all sinks leaked when we moved in. Also a huge leak underneath the home under the guest bathroom that was leaking for over 3 months before another company found it. The wall needs to be replaced still due to mold. We are having to call multiple times a week for years now to get nowhere. Thank you for your time.
