    Dynamic heating and cooling I hired them to do a job on my rent house and that was for plumbing and ** installation. I paid them half upfront $******and when I gave him that payment they gave me a discount for another job at my personal house for an electric hot water heater tankless Which has leaked into my ceiling made a big mess. Also they installed a ** which was around another ****** and it does not cooloff the upstairs but my main complaint is the ****** that I gave him the down payment for the plumbing and the ** for my rental property ************** They will not answer any of my calls. Start the job or even call me back. I tried to work with them to give me my back to start the job. Anything at all they completely avoid all calls and voicemails everything I am at my wits in trying to get my$****** back so I can hire somebody else to complete the job because everything else is on standby waiting on the plumbing and the ** to be at ************** I would like the money to be refunded for my personal house for the tankless hot water heater cause the plumber installed the wrong lines and caused a major leak thats ran through my attic. Its a two-storyhouse and the previous ** unit. They installed ****************. I hired them to install two separate units one for upstairs and one for downstairs. The upstairs unit does not work It does not even cool off the upstairs rooms and the amount that I spent on that is around 10 K all I wont is my money back for the job they have not done to be honest for the new house that Im working on. I dont want their quality of work anywhere near my property with all the problems Ive had in the past.

    The company lied and told us that someone will be there to fixed our air conditioner but never showed up. For weeks in middle of summer they would lie and claim someone would be there to fixed the air conditioner and someone will be there. Only to waste my time. They took all of my insurance information and never did the job. I don't understand how this company is in business with so many complaints. In this area they are the only company who accepts American Shield. I'm not sure what kind of fraud business they are running but the work isn't getting done.

    I had this ac unit installed 2 years ago and two weeks later it wasnt cooling. They came back fixed it and a month later it was doing the same thing. This problem has been ongoing since then and now they wont answer my phone calls and when they do they say the part they ordered isnt in stock and have to order it. Ive been waiting for the last part they ordered for over two months. They wont answer my phone calls and i cant switch over to another company or do any repairs myself because it will void the warranty.
