    I first purchased door sweep and installation for my Kolbe door from Davis kitchens. Salesperson not knowledgeable about their product and it turned out I needed two. This is after paying $80 for the first installation. So had to order the other half of sweep. Decided to order 3 so I would not have the same issue next time. Ordered and paid for with Davis Kitchens including another $80 for installation. Never heard another word. After more than a month and no return emails from the salesperson I started calling. Saleperson no longer there. Sigh. Had to call 4 or 5 times before they would respond to getting me what I ordered. Nobody to install so i said mail it to me. No can do so they finally delivered it this morning. I called to let them
    know they now needed to refund my $80 installation fee. They offered me $20. Guess they thought they could charge me $60 for delivery for something already packed in a box and ready to ship. Doesn't work for me.

    The customer ordered through More Windows and Doors. They are in the same bldg as us but are technically not apart of us. I am handling their complaints since there is no one there doing this. We did send the customer the part but there has been no one to install it.

    We are sorry for the inconvenience and confusion that occurred.  We were trying to help ***** ******* to the best of our ability.  Sadly due to unforeseen circumstance, the employee of Moore Window and Door had passed and the employee of Davis Kitchens has no knowledge of the Moore Window & Door paperwork.  After further review of the paperwork it was noted that the product cost was $30, the install fee was $50 and the delivery fee to Santa Fe was $30.  We will gladly reimburse the install fee of $50.00.  We will cut a refund check and get it in tomorrow's mail.
