  If I could give zero starts I would. I had called the Tint Company about a week and half ago to get my grandmother's truck windows re-tinted, I explained the current tint was peeling, I was quoted $90 and my appointment was scheduled for Saturday the 26th at 10am. I am so glad I took her truck and not my grandmother, when I go there the front door was open and there was a sign saying to take a seat, they have cameras and can see you and would be right out. A man came from the back immediately closed the front door, stated, "do you have an appointment?" I said yes I had called to bring it today, I gave him my information I then asked if it was still going to be $90, he stated "if that's what you were quoted, it's not gonna change over night ma'am." Should have left then his tone was awful, (but I also get called out for mine sometimes so I gave him some ***** with that.) He showed my different tint, I chose the one I wanted and he stated I need the car for 45 minutes to an hour, are you gonna stay? I said no my daughter was coming for me. I then said the tint is peeling, that's why I'm getting it done. He stated, "there's tint on it, you didn't say that when you called, I explained that I did in fact tell the man I talked to on the phone, he said well that's $30 more to peel, I said that was fine and was still going to get it done. He then said actually I don't have any record of you calling at all. First he says I didn't tell him when I called, then I didn't call at all. I finally said, I'm just gonna leave and take my business elsewhere, you've been rude since I got here. He stated, "maybe you're just too sensitive, you're probably a ******* Democrat. I started walking out extremely scared cause I was by myself, and he yells well walking back to a door that was there, "get the **** out of here, you *****." I was shaking at this point, and the wildest thing was he was playing religious music overhead and had a ***** banner. Who acts this way?

  The owner is rude and very dangerous. He was calling my 13 year old grandson vulgar names. I literally feared for our lives. He yelled at us. He is a very troubled individual. He needs to be shut down immediately.

  I had an appointment to get a tint visor put on my windshield. The windshield was 1 week old. I explained to the owner that to tint around the rearview mirror and not take it off. He did totally did the opposite took my truck to the back came up front with a mirror in his hand. He had totally taken the mirror off of the windshield without using proper tools. I asked him to show me the tools he used, and he refused and got angry. He refused to fix my mirror and to do any service to my vehicle. He then went to the back closed the doors and was going to pull my vehicle up to the front and took a very long time so I proceeded to go to the back of the shop where he was pulling my truck out he then closed the garage door on my back and came out the side door, which he was cussing and flipped off myself and my underage son, and proceeded to argue and cuss with me and got in my face. Then he proceeded inside and locked all doors left me with a broken mirror on a brand new windshield and no tint job completed. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced very unprofessional. DO NOT GO THERE FOR TINT!!!!
