  Ive had nothing but good experiences from Horizon trust. The service is so good. It made me want to do what I can to support then .

  We are very disappointed with the service and exuberant fees charged for managing a very small **** They are also trying to charge a termination fee of $500.00 for transferring custodial control to another entity. The only time we were able to communicate with them is when they wanted more money for their fees.

  Don't use this company!! We have used this company for 10+ years, and have had nothing but problems with them. They charge a hefty fee to "house" an account, but do little to ensure accounts are handled efficiently or protected. The company has changed their computer management system at least twice, making it laborious for customers to maintain access to personal account information. They have also changed their mailing address on several occasions, but they don't notify affected companies of the change (i.e. affiliated companies and entities that send bills and relevant documentation). We had given on-going authorization to pay our property insurance and property taxes, so we were mortified to discover that our property had lost it's insurance and was on the verge of being auctioned off due to tax liens (since these bills were not received by Horizon due to an address change or paid). Since all bills are supposed to be sent to and go through Horizon Trust for payment, customers don't know if bills are missing (i.e. property insurance and property taxes). We have had to have bills sent to our personal home to ensure bills are received and paid, then we have to pay Horizon to process a payment-what a pain! On more than one occasion, late fees have had to be paid due to slow payment on Horizon's part or Horizon not following specified payment instructions. I would prefer to remove Horizon from these accounts all together, and we will be pulling our assets from this company, as soon as they are eligible.

We take your feedback seriously and will certainly look into these matters, it is true that we've changed our mailing address in the past, and we always make it a point to notify our clients of such changes. However, it is the responsibility of clients to inform any affiliated companies or entities of the updated address for mail correspondence related to their retirement accounts, as we do not have affiliations with clients' investments. We have over ***** retirement accounts and have no way of notifying entities that send invoices, property tax bills, or checks to Horizon Trust on behalf of the account holder of the change. We ensure account holders know so they can contact entities to ensure they update the mailing address for their retirement account. We genuinely appreciate your longstanding relationship with us and are committed to making things right.

  I have been with Horizon Trust for 3 years and their customer service is amazing. I have completed several investment transactions and their processing times are the fastest in the industry making my experience a great one. I would recommend Horizon to anyone looking for a fast, reliable custodian.

  My husband and I have tried numerous times to get the rest of our money out of Horizon Trust, which they have held for years for a company called Biolabs. I have tried to contact the Biolabs Company numerous times and left voicemails. No one has responded. Now Horizon Trust Companys phone number is disconnected. We had invested our money into a maruana company which was Biolabs. We would like our money back!!
