Not only were these the most rude people ive ever met but they are not on time either. I got towed from a friends APT complex on Saturday in a city I don't live in. We called the number the complex gave and an awful man who was driving answered and didn't give me any information on my own car other than I cant pick it up till Monday at 8 am. I called a few times that weekend hoping to get a more helpful person (I didn't get one), it took three to four calls just to get the location of my car. Monday at 8 am I waited at their front gate till 8:30 when the first employee arrived. He was rude as well. they failed to inform me all weekend that they only take cash, cashiers checks, or money orders so a friends drove me to an ATM. 300 dollars later they still wouldn't give me my car because the registration was under my dad. they wanted him to drive over 3 hours to show them his ID. I asked for alternative ways and he said there was none. I asked "can my dad fax his ID?" the guy handed me a paper to get notarized and signed by my dad along with his ID and sent in an email. Once ALL that was done and sent to them the guy said to another employee "I don't want to deal with her (me) we already got into it and she has an attitude". He also threatened to get me removed from the property because I was showing my disgust with the treatment I was receiving. I saw them treat other "customers" the same way. I told him that I did have an attitude because I was hung up on all weekend, I wasn't told I needed cash nor how much cash, and everyone who works here is rude. So two days and 3 hours later I have my car, half my paycheck is gone, and a new load of trauma. They also charged me for the most random c*** and three days of storage when my car was only there two days.

They are a scam company using part of the law to protect them. owner is the head of it all rude damaging your vehicle, trolling apts without management permission or any paperwork to tow, refusing to give copies when you go to pick up your vehicle, they towed my vehicle twice Dec 31,2023 and Jan 15, **** my apts had to get it back the second time because they know this company was in the wrong on top of that they damaged my rim where my tire was flat upon pick up and the owner said it was my problem, buy a new tire, and laughed. I stayed calm for I just had surgery on my arm and I demanded my tire be aired up he reluctantly had the big guy that trolls apts halfway air it up I didn't even make it to a place to get the tire looked at before it went completely flat my daughter had to help me get it to a service place and that is where I found out they damaged my rim. Also my vehicle was parked forward so how did they get it out of the parking space unless they hooked it up from the back? Is that leagal? So this company is collecting hundreds of dollars off of seniors and unsuspecting citizens and needs to be taken down out of business, the very few people who are speaking up for them are either relatives or people who haven't experienced what the majority of us has. Please do something about this business!

I was visiting my son at his apartment complex. We were leaving at 10 pm and noticed my car was gone. We saw a tow truck that was driving around the parking lot and we asked if he had towed my car. He said that he did and said he didnt see a license plate so he towed it. I ask if he didnt see that the vehicle was new and the temporary tags were on the back window. He said he didnt get down to check, he just didnt see a license plate on the vehicle and thats what why he towed it. I think they need to do a better job and properly investigate before they tow any vehicle and cause people a inconvenience. Hopefully no damages are mede to my new car. Times are hard and now Ill have to take time off work to get my car and they will not be held liable and pay for my time. They should get penalized or have to pay some kind of fee for taking vehicles for no valid reason. Im sure the driver gets paid by how many cars he towed back and thats bull s***

Visiting a friend at ***** Apartments in *********** this Sunday evening, 9/10/23, my son and I were returning to our car when we saw a tow truck backing up to it. When we got to it, it was already hooked up. I asked the operator why it was being towed. He said the registration tag was expired. I was shocked to see he was right and found the registration was past due. (Likely common since the ** DMV registration notices have seemingly ceased.) I tried reasoning with the operator, asking him to release my car since I don't live at the complex. He phoned the towing service owner and repeated this to him. Hanging up, he simply demanded $100 in cash (and cash only) to release the car, adding that I'd otherwise have to pick it up Monday, pay for his gas to/from the towing lot, an overnight charge and a release charge, totaling an amount far over $100. I had only $90 cash on hand, which I offered. Rather than accept it, the operator insisted we get more cash, telling us to walk to an ATM, jumping a fence to get there--or get the friend we were visiting to take us to an ATM. He stressed his irritation that we'd already cost him 20 minutes and continued loading the car. Embarrassingly, my son ran to our friend's apartment to ask for $10; the friend thankfully produced it in quarters. Taking the $100, the operator unhooked the car and told us to get it registered. We then drove to an ATM to get cash to pay back our friend, we saw the tow truck trolling the complex, clearly looking for other expired registrations. When we returned in 10 mins, the tow truck was towing the car of another unsuspecting victim--who, if they noticed in time, perhaps could not come up with cash on the spot. While rental agreements may require current registration for tenant cars, having a tow company troll the complex seems unscrupulous at best. As a NON-TENANT, I was essentially "policed", harassed, then extorted for money by this tow company. PLEASE HELP STOP THIS.
