    After one year of delays and promises APD disconnected their phone May 2024. I paid $7,000 and received nothing. This is a scam and this company is guilty of fraud.

    Do not do business with this company. They took over $10,000 of my money. They said my timeshare would close on 12/19/2023. I have not received any money.

    Advanced Portfolio Development Contact me to buy my my Hilton timeshare in 09/2023 With no upfront money it is now 3/11/2024 the sales director ignored my request for updates always blamed ****** for the delay I have requested 6 times for copy of the correspondence never received I am now in default of my maintenance and have 6 k invested with Apd Please look into totally unacceptable business practices

    When they initially contacted me I asked if they were going to require money up front to sell my timeshare and was told no. After filling out several contracts they asked for my banking information to take their fee up front without a guarantee it would be sold.
