- Osceola Energy guarantee’s all craftsmanship of work for one year this does not include materials or equipment defects. No returns, all sales final.This means that if something breaks or is not working properly due to the way the job was built or constructed we will send one of our licensed electricians to fix the problem at no cost to you. If the material or product was faulty we will work with you to have the manufacture send you a new product to fix the issue. In these cases you will be charged for the work as it was no fault of our own. We take pride in our work and your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
