      Please return my call. I was at ********* ******* on Saturday at 2:00. One of you security guards choose to place a large oversized cone on my 60K Tahoe. I took the cone to the front to find out who was in charge as I was very unhappy with someone touching my personal property. I believe he scratched my hood with the cone he placed. Not to mention the cone was owned by the company that was hosting the show and not your security company. I spoke with the manager present at the event for ********* * *********. She told me that was not to happen. Your security guard ** screamed at me and took pictures of my plate. I’m not happy about that either. He told me he was instructed to put cones on cars that parked incorrectly. I parked between two cars and the car to my left when I arrived had a cone on it saying no parking. Leading me
      To assume it was a security vehicle. Really— please reach out to resolve this very unpleasant situation. I will have my truck washed to see if the scratch stays.

      We sincerely apologize for the experience you had at ********* ******* on Saturday. We understand your concerns and want to assure you that we take incidents involving personal property and guest interactions very seriously.

      We are currently looking into the situation, including speaking with the guard involved and reviewing any reports or footage from that day. The placement of cones on vehicles is not a standard practice unless explicitly directed, and we understand how upsetting it must have been to find one on your vehicle. We also regret that your interaction with our guard, **, was not handled more professionally. That behavior does not reflect our standards for communication or conduct.

      We will be in touch with you directly after completing our internal review. In the meantime, please feel free to send us any photos or documentation, including any visible damage to your vehicle after the wash, so we can better assess the matter.

      Again, we truly regret the inconvenience and will work to resolve this quickly and appropriately.
