    A decade of mismanagement and zero accountability After nearly 10 years of trusting Rent Builder to manage my home, I returned to find it in an appalling state. The tenants they had placed left the property filthy and damaged, and Rent Builder failed to properly inspect or report any of it. I was met with broken appliances, dead trees, invasive plants destroying my patio, smoke damage in the garage, and repairs that were either ignored or incompetently handled.The move-out process was chaotic and deeply unprofessional. I had to clean the entire house myself after they hired a subpar cleaning crew. The repairs they arranged were rushed, poorly done, and many have already broken or fallen apart in the six months since I moved back in. Despite repeated emails, calls, and documentation, I was dismissed, talked down to, and treated like I didnt know what I was talking about. At one point, I was even told Id have to pay extra just to receive receipts for the work I was being charged for.The level of negligence, lack of transparency, and outright disrespect I experienced has been infuriating. Ive spent thousands of dollars undoing the damage caused by their mismanagement, and Im still dealing with the fallout. This company is not only unprofessionaltheyre corrupt. They took advantage of my trust, and I would strongly caution anyone against working with ******* your homework. There are other property management companies out there who will treat your homeand youwith the care and integrity Rent Builder failed to deliver.

    I paid $35 for an application fee and found out that they had another renter because I did not make enough for the rental. I asked for a refund for the money and was told I should have read the agreement that money would not be returned I did not see that if I had I would not agree to file an application. Not sure if you are aware of the situation here in *********** but they post a home for rent and it near impossible to get an application in before so many others have already. I was looking at a home that would not even be available until June they took the website down because of so many applications I paid a fee for another one was already rented in a days time but I did get my application fee back, I wonder how many has paid the fee for this home and will not get their money back. so there are some *************** out there
