    In one ********** they managed to drill a fiber optic cable through at least 3 residents' (including my own) drainage pipes causing sewage backflow damage. The crew on site didnt speak english making it difficult to show them the area of issue. They left a lot of the large cable in our neighbors back yard for literal weeks. Additionally their fix of the drainage damage was not regulation and a promised work-receipt was never given. As incompetent as a company can get. Anyone considering this dumpster fire of a company please go anywhere else. You'll be grateful you never had to deal with this extraordinary level of unprofessionalism. I greatly doubt their crew is certified.
