- Because we do custom picture framing here at El Mirador returns are very rare. I spend as much time as needed assisting my customers with the selection of appropriate materials and design to create a finished piece that will not only be beautiful but of conservation quality. Should a customer be unhappy with the end product I would do whatever possible to make any changes that would satisfy them or simply remove their art from the frame and return it to them.
