We hired Honey Tribe Photo to do our wedding photography and videography in December of 2024. They did shoot our wedding, but did not send the photographer that they told us they would, and did not follow our contract. We have not heard from them in 3 months. We have not received any photos or videos from our wedding which was almost 7 months ago. We paid them over $4,600 to do photography and videography in March of 2024. I am making this dispute because they are in breach of contract by not returning photos and videos from our wedding. They have not tried to resolve the problem and have ignored our attempts to. According to online forums, this happened to several people in 2024. This person and business needs to be stopped. We desperately just want out photos and videos. If we cannot get that, we need our money back in the least.

I hired Honey Tribe Photo as our videograher for our wedding day on November 16th. 2024. We paid our last invoice on Febuary 3rd, 2024. The total amount was $2,292.44. Leading up to the wedding we had little to no contact with them. They missed our final consultation call on November 12th and we did not recieve any contact from them until they showed up on wedding day. I did not think they were going to show up at all. Per the contcat they were to send us out footage at 6 months post wedding (May 17th, 2025) or contact us and tell us why it is taking longer. We recieved a mass email on March 10th, 2025 stating they switched email services and phone numbers but only have a temprary phone number and that they prefer contact via email. I have since emailed them 4 times and tried calling the number but it is disconnected.
The business has not contacted me to resolve the issue or give us an update. They took all $2,292.44 of out money and have seem to have vanuished.

So I came in contact with a honey tribe through a wedding expo. I decided to book with them last May I made the initial depositon August 3, 2024 of $1000 in return of service for October 25, 2025 as I still owe 1400 for the payment I decided I wanted to cancel with them due to a death in the family and my grandfather not being around to marry us as I’ve reached out through ******** *********, three different phone numbers out of service. I directly had ****** phone number and that is even out of service. I have reached out through both emails And nothing has been returned. So I have decided not to make the final payment as this can not be trusted. I have not heard anything from anyone as of August 5 2024 via text from **** which is no long in service

I hired Honey Tribe photo to do our pictures for our wedding on September 5, 2024. I paid them $1019.47 for 6 hours of photography. I received an email from them the day after our wedding that said our pictures would be ready in 6-8 weeks. 6-8 weeks came and went. I emailed them in November to ask when I would receive them and got a response that they were really behind and that it would now take 16 weeks and that I would receive them by Christmas. Christmas came and went, and as of today I still have not received my pictures. I've tried emailing, calling and sent them a couple messages on their Facebook and had no response back until I finally got an email on March 10, 2025. The email stated that it would be another 6 weeks and that they would give me biweekly updates. It’s now been another 8 weeks with no word. It’s been a total of 8 months since our wedding. I just want my wedding pictures delivered as promised. I also think we should receive some form of compensation for the mental anguish this has caused me and my husband.

I paid Honey Tribe Photography to capture photos and video of my wedding. They communicated pretty well pre wedding making sure I made all my payments on time, but after paying for the service in full, communication was minimum. They barely responded to emails and phone calls. The wedding day came and went but we have not received any photos. We only received a video. I have sent multiple emails and left voicemails that have been ignored. We are coming on our one year anniversary and still have no photos.

My husband and I got married on October 10,2024 in Phoenix Arizona. We paid for 2 photographers and a videographer. It is now April 15,2025 and we received some of our photos primarily just from one photographer and no video and missing a lot of other photos especially ones with my husband and his family and friends getting ready before the wedding and a lot for our ceremony. The customer service has been horrific and we received one phone call back about 2 months ago saying he was working on it and that was it. It’s past 6 months from our wedding and we paid in full for everything and still have not received email updates or phones calls . We have reached out constantly through email and phone without any response . We want our wedding video and photos.

I had my wedding back in November 2024 in Spring Branch. I received an email saying it would take 16 weeks for my wedding video to be completed. It has now surpassed that time. I have tried reaching out to the company and never received anything back. I have also sent numerous emails asking for updates. I have yet to receive anything back from them. I have also tried contacting the company through different number numbers I have received. All numbers are no longer in service.

We hired Honey Tribe Photo to do our wedding photos. The engagement photos were included, and the videography got added onto our package as a result of Honey Tribe’s mistakes leading up to the wedding. They were terrible at communicating, they didn’t relay information to the photographer they hired for our engagement photos so they showed up an hour late. The company rarely replies to emails or calls, and then they did they lied and would make things up. Now, almost 5 months after our wedding(photos were said to take 4-6 weeks in the contract) they are saying it will be another 2 months. Which, I understand sometimes these take longer than expected but no information was given to us. I’ve reached out multiple times with few replies. Our photos and video haven’t even been sent to the Honey Tribe company yet because the contracted photographer and videographer haven’t been paid still. So now, we are left in limbo waiting for Honey Tribe to pay what they owe people. I am not sure when I’ll receive my photo/video or if I will even get it at this point. We paid $3,015.25 to Honey Tribe already, and do not agree that it is fair to pay more to be able to see what we are already owed. The company also states if there are any PayPal issues it could take longer (encouraging us not to dispute it).

I signed a contract in May of 2023. I spoke with ****. Paid over 3k to them for my photos and video of my wedding. Photos were due in January and Video was due in March. I haven't recieved either and they refuse to contact me back. They either turned off their email or blocked me. Their phones are turned off as well. I found them at local Bridal Expo in Austin and they seemed 100% legitimate. They have essentially stole my money and photos/videos at this point. We will have to take them to small claims court. I have attached the contract I signed with them and they did not fulfill. I will have to take this to the local news to warn other brides of. I am so disgusted and emotionally distraught at the thought my one day will be lost forever. I am currently in contact with attorneys and will be taking this to court here soon. I thought they were legitimate.

My wife and I have already paid in full for our photographs taken by Honey Tribe. Our wedding was on 1/11/25 and we were very satisfied with their service.

The company put our photos on a website for us to view and download. My wife and I missed an instruction in the email that said we had a 7-14 day window to access/download the photos.

It was an honest mistake, however we saw in that same email that the photos are kept on file 90 days after they are uploaded. Seeing this, my wife and I started calling to see if they could give us access again. That initial call and email was made on 3/2/25 and since then I have heard nothing from the company. I have sent 2 emails, called multiple times a day, left a voicemail, sent a text and even sent a message via instagram. As of the writing of this complaint we have had zero correspondence with the company.

We simply ask that the company talk to us and let us know if it is possible to still get the wedding photos, we paid a lot of money for that memory and the fact that they have gone silent is very concerning.
