    I, ***** ********, hired EnviroGuard Pest Control to get rid of my pesky roaches on Monday, June 16th,2025. Jon came out to treat the roaches & as he was treating, we discussed that they looked like German Roaches because they were tiny & all over kitchen counters, & come out mostly at night. Then, the following Monday June 23rd, I called EnviroGuard Pest Control to let them know I still have a roach infestation & need more treatment right away. I was told that I would have to pay another $300.00 to treat for German Roaches because they did not treat for German Roaches. I tried to ask why they didn't treat for German Roaches & I was told that I didn't specify that they were German Roaches at the time of service. Disgusting! I want my money back & need to cancel the year contract ASAP!

    Hello *****! Thank you for taking the time to provide us with feedback! We had actually spoken with you on 7/2 in regards to your concerns with our services. At the time, we had come to the resolution of performing that German Roach Treatment for you and we had also agreed to put the amount that you paid for the Initial Service towards the German Roach Treatment. We had agreed to this because generally, German Roach Inspections are a flat rate of $150. However, this amount usually goes towards the quote provided by our Service Professionals. Because of the error on the Service Professionals end, we were perfectly fine with waiving the fee of the Initial Service and instead putting that towards the total amount of the German Roach Treatment. Our Service Professional returned on 7/7 and determined that Infestation was not severe enough to exceed the amount paid of $150. He then went ahead and treated for those German Roaches so everything is good to go. Let us know if you need any other assistance and we'll be happy to help!

    I am rejecting this response because: we still have a roach infestation & do not want to be involved with this company anymore. We want out of contract & we refuse to pay anymore for poor business as our german roach problem has only escalated. We want out of contract & are not going to pay to get out due to poor service

    We apologize that this has been your first experience with our company. The intention of the gentleman you spoke to when you first called was entirely genuine but he was not aware that you were specifically in need of German Roach Services. We listened to the phone call and they were not mentioned in that call. The last Service Professional stated that it wouldn't be much more than the cost of the Initial Service so he did not quote any additional charges. German Roach Treatments also come with complimentary Follow Up Appointments to ensure that they are being eradicated. But we also understand wanting to discontinue services because of all the miscommunication. We have frozen your account and will not add a Discontinuation Fee due to the services being switched to German Roach Services.

    I am rejecting this response because: I mentioned I want out of all connections W/EnviroGuard!!! I dont want my account on hold. I dont want an account whatsoever with EnviroGuard. Again, I requested my $ back due to the horrible service I encountered as I had to pay more $ to another pest control service due to the poor service rendered with Enviroguard. I want a refund & no Account whatsoever!!!! Not put the account on hold!!! Cancel my account & refund me my $. Thanks,
