Shockingly poor quality. Hired them to paint our home interior. They made numerous promises about "doing every job right the first time" and "We treat your property as if it were our own." They also claim "Floors and furniture are protected", as well as promising "careful preparation" before painting. They also state "We pack up our materials at the end of each day," and clean the floors. Unfortunately none of the statements were true. First of all the walls were not prepared prior to painting. Blemishes in the walls were simply painted over without spackling, including nail holes, gouges, rough plaster, etc. Second, they only bought enough paint for about 60% of the job so they simply sprayed a thin coat in most areas and entirely skipped other areas.It should be noted they insist on spray painting everything which made a total mess of the property. They did not protect floors at all, spilling paint and leaving overspray in numerous rooms. Their brochure which shows painters carefully rolling on the paint is total fiction.The work site was trashed by the painters. The homeowner's property was thrown in the driveway and left there. Doors were left unlocked and standing wide open at the end of the workday on a night when the temperature reached 36 degrees. Trash was left on the floor. After the ******* declared the job "finished" they had to be called back multiple times to finish work not completed, and even after 3 attempts they could not provide a satisfactory job. The ******* was on his phone swearing at his crew. The painters appeared to have no experience. The work appeared very amateurish. After all this the owner of the CertaPro franchise refused to refund the money, wanting to have his painters come back a fourth time to try and correct the mistakes. I declared that if they couldn't get it right after three tries then they would not get any more chances. It took us considerable time to clean up the mess left by the painters. Why should we allow them to come and trash our home again?My wife and I decided to just repaint the house ourselves since CertaPro was incapable of doing the job. Even the franchise owner as well as the district manager both admitted the work was subpar. The entire experience was a nightmare. But yet they still insist on keeping our money.
