    After hearing very positive ads on the radio, my wife and I went to the Good Feet Store because of pain in my wife's foot. The tech person told us that they can absolutely fix her pain. We paid about $600 dollars for two sets of arch supports. The did not work and her podiatrist told her they would not work. So, after a month of trying the supports we gave up and the store would not refund any amount.It is a sham and do not use their services.

    I went to the good feet store in *********** to see if they could help me with my callous's on my feet. ***** who was there said they could guarantee a fix, she had me stand on a paper with carbon to see the impressions on my feet ( a little archaic) I bought the over priced Flex Arch Support ( $395.00) the Super Athletic Antimsa Antimicro 1 L ( $26.95). Arch Activator M ($20.00) with tax I paid $476.77. This did not help at all!!! I did not have problems with my feet hurting or problems with my back as I told her many times. I have tried calling, sending text messages, also trying to contact the company with no success. I bought this back in Jan. 6, 2022 and have still not heard from them. No wonder they have a no money refund, their products don't work, and to get store credit is a joke. I want my money back because of false and deceptive selling on the part of good feet. I hope you can help me

    I fell for this and am stuck with the enormous cost now. Off the shelf inserts do not work for me! Additionally I went ahead and bought shoes also. The sales person measured my feet and gave me smaller shoes than I had before. She even asked me why I wore the larger size. When I walked around the store for a short while they felt okay. Ultimately they made my toes hurt on both feet. They were too small!I bought the same style shoe in a half size bigger and also wide. My toes stopped hurting. Unfortunately the inserts didnt help my foot pain!**** a custom made orthotic I was able to walk many miles. **** these my feet (foot) starts hurting after less than half a mile!Dont buy unless youre okay with very expensive off the shelf inserts!I now have an appointment with a podiatrist to get things done right.

    After going to the Good Feet Store and seeing their prices, I asked my Podiatrist about the Good Feet Store and he said stay away, far away. Im a better and happier person now.
