    I ordered a jacket from this company online on December 10th and paid for expedited shipping. I did not expect to get it before Christmas however it's already mid February. All attempts to reach out have been ignored. At this point I don't want or need the jacket. I just want my money back. I had to email them in January just to get them to send me shipping information.

    Placed an order with this Company on 12/9/2023 and paid for expedited shipping to receive item before Christmas

    Emailed customer service several times on order status and tracking but they were unable to provide me with details stating they “missed” the mark on shipping

    Asked for a refund on shipment as well as the product due to them not meeting the layout of their shipping policy and they avoid the request

    Per their shipping policy and website at he time of the order my shipment should have been received before Christmas

    Went sent the tracking info the order was never sent until 12/16/2023 which was 7 days after the order was placed which was right around the time I emailed them
