In August 2022, BBB Serving New Mexico and Southwest Colorado investigated Neatcells-Official business practices. This investigation was prompted by a Scam Tracker report and consumer complaints.

A consumer alleged the following through a BBB complaint: 
I bought was what was advertised to be an authentic Dyson air wrap. Six months later when the item had an issue I contacted Dyson to troubleshoot. Upon giving them the serial # they informed me that this was a fake product.

In August, 2022, BBB checked the website www.neatcells-official.com to determine when it was created. The website was created on November 22, 2020. 

As of August 2022, listed on Neatcell’s website:
Privacy-policy page address: 71-75 Shelton Street London Greater London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. 
Contact-us page mailing office address: 2808 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110. 
Contact-us page business address: Kamra Nord Bloc I N 21 CYM. 
FAQs page has text of warehouses being located in the U.S.

BBB made inquiries to Neatcells-Official via email and postal mail asking the following:
1. Headquarter address for Neatcell and any additional operations addresses, mailing addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, and websites for Neatcell. And Neatcell’s warehouse addresses.
2. A google search of the address 2808 Carlisle Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87110, appears as a restaurant. Provide Neatcell’s U.S. operations address and supporting documentation.
3. Corporation filing information for Neatcell, including state and date registered.
4. Client number with Dyson or documentation for offering Dyson products.

To date, BBB has not received a response from Neatcells-Official. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot state with confidence that we have a clear understanding of the business.
