    I do not recall signing up for an auto pay membership with Hormify, but they are soliciting me to ship a new set of product. I tried to cancel the membership and it's requiring payment of a $60 cancellation fee. Furthermore, the website states there is a 30 day money guarantee with FAQ detailing to just email their customer service within 30 days for the return. In actuality, I found that returns are only allowed for defective product and must be in it's original, unopened packaging. This, in itself is deceiving and impossible to comply with. How can you try the product, if you can't return it once it's removed from shipping packaging and opened? Additionally, their FAQ states you can cancel after the initial payment of the auto plan. I paid the initial payment, with the first purchase. Initial means first****** When I contacted customer service, they denied waiving the cancellation fee, despite the clear hardship I indicated with medical bills and difficulty with the raising cost of food to provide for my family. In fact, they offered me further discounts to remain a customer and ignored that I stated I can't use the product. This company is engaging in false advertising with a product that doesn't produce weight loss but does give undesirable physical reactions in a woman's body. Furthermore, they are deceiving customers with false return policies and sly auto pay programs with horrible customer service.

    Hello,

    Please note that I received correspondence from Hormify in which a resolution was provided. The membership was cancelled without further fees. 

    This followed a denied request to return 5 unopened bottles and a stop payment action I took with my bank.

    Order #: 03E7ECCBB4 The tracking number is ************************** Items in this shipment:Hormify 6 Months Supply - Subscription Order Date: 03/07/2025 9:26am I tried to cancel my subscription because when I made the initial purchase there is a satisfaction guarantee advertised. I had to stop taking the product early because of the negative effects I was experiencing, so I emailed the company to cancel this subscription. They said no, and have been trying to charge my account. Now, I just received an email that they were mailing me another shipment, unsolicited and without payment. Not sure what they are trying to do but I just want my subscription cancelled and my information deleted.
