    I ordered a bench sander from Daniel Hardiston last year and never received it. I have tried calling and emailing them and can not get a hold of them.

    Hello, I spent $75.15 ordering some parts from this source and I never got them. I see now that this is a common issue with this company. My order number is *************** and I placed my order on 09/27/2022.

    I ordered a "Montana Decoy-Moose II for $86.50 + shipping on 11/2/22 (today is 12/27/22). We have yet to receive the item. I've left a voicemail message with order information, phone number and email more than a week ago but have received no return call or email regarding this order. The website is now missing, you cannot get through on the phone and emails bounce back. NOT good business practices. Ghosted.

    Ordered Emjoi pedicures power unit for $53.06 on oct 16, 2022. Never received any correspondence from company. Tried to call Albuquerque, NM phone number and was never answered in several attempts. Tried to email but received no response.

    On November 4, I placed an order for US Digestive Enzymes. I paid $43.20 and received a confirmation email re: order #*************** from this address: ********************** *** *********************  
    I then received a second email from the same address on November 4 stating that my order had shipped via China post with a tracking #*************
    When I followed the tracking link, it simply stated that the product has shipped -- no progress or arrival estimate. Every time I've checked the link since, there has been no change. I followed up by replying to the tracking email on November 18, 21, and 29. The emails went through, but I didn't get any response. I finally tried calling the number on the web site **** *** *****, several days ago, but only got a generic voicemail message; the message I left was not returned.

    I have also emailed the contact on the website **************************, but so far have received no response. Please advise. Thank you!

    purchased a lower mounting bracket for my RV awning on 9/19/2022. I received confirmation of the order as well as a tracking number. Received notice that the product was being shipped from China on 9/20/2022. I then received notification that my package was delivered on 10/15/2022. I have not received the product and I have attempted to contact the seller by e-mail as well as by phone but keep getting an undeliverable message and the phone is not in service. I am sure that it is a scam but could you please look in to this to see if I can possibly get a refund

    I ordered a pyne polycrystal clarinet mouthpiece from the website danielhardiston.com on Aug. 25 of 2022. It has been about a month and I have not received it. I have emailed and have not received any emails. I have tried to call and the phone connects with a busy signal. The mouthpiece was $49.49 and the money was taken out of my bank account on Aug. 25 of 2022.
    I have attached screenshot of when I purchased the mouthpiece. I also have attached a screenshot of an email that said it was unable to send.

    Now the message I get when the email bounces back from ****************** is the the account has been closed.

    I will forward their email to you by emailing you.

    I want a refund because they obviously will not send the chair. I believe they have committed fraud and their website needs to be taken down.
