      "paid REMOVED for 3 month subscription, sunday delivery, have not received paper for last 3 week, called each week was told i got credit for non delivery, would deliver paper 3 days later, not acceptable, wanted to cancel my subscription, not allowed to be reimbursed for balance of my account.
