The mattress is great - it's their price guarantee that I am having an issue with.Purchased a mattress in late January 2022 and it was delivered promptly. Within about 10 days of delivery, we saw that Mattress Firm had the same mattress for $200 less plus a bonus set of bedding. We went to the store we purchased the mattress at and they confirmed we were eligible for the free bedding and the $200 refund. That was on February 12, 2022. We promptly received the free bedding in the mail, but no refund of the $200. We contacted the store and they said it would be credited to our original form of payment. After repeated contacts with customer service (via phone and email), we have yet to receive the $200 (it is now March 27th). They are now not responding to our emails. It's nice we received the free bedding, but the point is the price match. Per their guarantee: "We guarantee the best brands at the best prices. Subject to the following terms, we will match any advertised price. If you find the same or a comparable mattress set advertised for less than your invoiced price within 120 days of purchase, simply bring the advertisement to a Mattress Firm store, and we will credit your account or mail a refund check for the price difference."At this point, I am not hopeful that we will ever see the $200. I am very disappointed in their customer service. Five stars on the product, though!
