We went into valvoline on menaul on 4/10/2023 to change our oil on 4/11 we noticed smoke coming in it was just a little bit of smoke but by 4/12 when we drove the car it was full of smoke we took it into valvoline again and the guy mentions that the oil was low and he put more oil and it got even worse so he told us to take it to the mechanic *** so we did and the guy mentioned it was part of the oil change as it was over filled so we went back into valvoline and he said wow *** said that like surprised so that felt off so he said take it for a diagnostic to make sure but *** was backed up until the following Monday so we took it to two mechanics to make sure they said the oil that was used was so bad it looked watery and it spilled into the turbos so we filed a claim with valvoline today they said *** said it was not their fault and they won’t pay anything we have the other mechanics information and also the car fax showing every oil change was within the time frame, we just want them to refund fixing our car that we are now going to have to pay out of pocket.Business response

Our mechanic determined that this was not our fault. We spoke with her over a recorded line where we explained this to her.
