      I am writing to express serious concerns regarding the services provided by Tazz Landscaping, owned by ******* ******. Throughout the project, we experienced multiple issues related to workmanship, communication, and professionalism. During the course of the work, our cinderblock wall and plumbing were damaged. Although an attempt was made to repair the wall, the quality of the repair was so poor that we were forced to hire a separate contractor to fix it properly. In addition, the crew frequently arrived without notice, often leaving the job site unattended for days at a time. When they were present, they did not treat our property with care—one example being an old wood stove that was flipped over and left in the dirt, resulting in damage.
      The overall quality of the landscaping was unacceptable. The ground was not properly leveled, creating uneven areas throughout the yard, and the gravel installation was inconsistent. Turf was ordered without our approval, and we declined installation after discovering it had been purchased without consent. After comparing pricing with other companies, we realized the services were significantly overpriced relative to industry standards, especially considering the poor workmanship. We ultimately had to hire another landscaping company to correct the issues. We met with Mr. ****** on three separate occasions in an effort to resolve the problems and provided multiple opportunities for corrective action. When it became clear that the issues would not be resolved, we ended the business relationship. We agreed on a partial refund of our original deposit, and in September Mr. ****** stated it would be issued within six weeks. Since then, he has stopped responding to calls and messages, and no refund has been provided. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend Tazz Landscaping. The lack of accountability, substandard work, and failure to honor the agreed-upon refund demonstrate a concerning lack of professionalism and integrity.
