    Peter and his team made a difficult inherited home selling situation easy. They kept in contact with me and arranged all of the necessary pieces for the sale. The house closed and was paid for at the agreed upon price in about 5 weeks. I recommend this business. I researched several other offers that I had received 2 years earlier when my mother passed but didn't need it at the time since my brother was living in the home. I kept all of the letters received in a file, and when my brother died, I pulled them out and started some in-depth research. High Desert Property stood out from the rest, and I am very glad I made that initial call.

    Isaac and his team at High Desert Property Solutions were the most honest and trustworthy cash home buyer that we spoke with during the home selling process. We inherited a mess in Albuquerque NM—a house in such disrepair we couldn’t imagine what to do with it.     This local NM company is very familiar with the housing climate in *********** and have bough houses fast all around the state. Ive seen time after time that they are able to help people get cash fast for their houses that are often in disrepair or other issues. It never hurts to give them a call and talk about your situation. Theyre great problem solvers and are very willing and able to help this be a fast, smooth, and easy process. They have a form on their website or you can give them a call first theyre quick to respond.
