1 starWe booked a cabinet resurfacing through ******- who uses Dreamstyle. It was a nightmare from the get-go. They sold us on the fact that it would only take less than three days and you wouldnt have to be without a kitchen for very long. We really had no idea the nightmare that was in store for us.They promised us they would start the project in October, but we never heard from them. Ended up calling them once October rolled around and they said they couldnt come till the first week of December 2024. Once they started the project it took about two days until they were finished. When it was time for us to view the finished project, we were sick to our stomachs. There were jagged cuts, dents, scratches, veneer peeling off, nails sticking out, in-filled nail holes, and the worst of all: every single frame of every cabinet was totally cracked because they didnt pre-drill before installing door hinges. We were shocked that these things werent fixed and taken care of before showing us the end result. We pointed everything out to the installers and were met with silence. They didnt come back for weeks and we didnt have a functioning kitchen for Christmas.We ended up having to call the main boss, he came out and inspected, sent the same guys out to fix their mistakes, but they ended up making more mistakes while trying to fix their old mistakes. Then they would ghost us for a month until we called them to ask if they were going to come fix it, and then rinse and repeat until April 2025. 6 MONTHS after our 3 day kitchen project was supposed to be done-we hired a lawyer to make sure this contract we had with dreamstyle would be cancelled, and we never heard from them again. We ended up getting all new cabinets (we had to since they ruined ours), as well as new quartz countertops, all for cheaper than what Dreamstyle had quoted us to put crappy veneer on our cabinets. Long story short, do not go with them unless you love misery.

1 starI originally wrote a good review but this is a follow up to warn other potential customers of their LIFE TIME WARRANTY. We had windows and showers installed by Dreamstyle a few years ago. We did have issues with the install but they would respond promptly and fix it. Of course we had 2 years to pay them off which we did in 2024 so maybe because we are no longer paying customers they are ignoring us???????? Fast forward to this year their response has been UNRESPONSIVE! I have problems with the showers and our screen door since April 2025. I have called, emailed & even provided pictures and they still have not contacted us with a date as to when they will fix them. Their Life Time Warranty is very questionable so future customers beware! I will be contacting any and all agencies that help customers like me against companies like this one!Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

1 starHad a shower installed in Feb 2025, it is May 2025 and it still isn't working. They failed to fully seal in the shower. Have attempted contact numerous time through different numbers. Did finally get an appointment scheduled to get it finalized, the worker no call/no show. Apparently was sick, was told i would be contacted once a new date could be scheduled. That was two weeks ago. Shower looks great, just can't use it without damaging the walls since they failed to fully finish it. Have left numerous voice mail messages and their website, awaiting contact.Avoid, if you don't, ensure everything is 100% even if you think it was obvious they should have done it to begin with before making final payment. Missed the fact that they didn't seal the window in the shower. This raises great concerns with me about the validity of their "lifetime" warranty.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

1 starWould leave 0 stars if I could. The sales person lied about the financing terms, interest and is costing me over $7000 in interest because of their lies. I have been trying to get in contact with a sales manager "*******" for over 2 months and he apparently refuses to return the phone call, telling others that he gets a full voice mail, but schedulers and others are able to get in contact with me with no issues. 1 starHave been trying to get these guys to come and check the cracks in the stucco they did 5 years ago. It is still under warranty. Been playing phone tag for two months trying to set up an appointment to get someone out here. Finally got one scheduled for today and no one showed up or called to say they weren't coming! Now I am waiting for a call from a manager to give me another excuse about why they aren't doing anything about this issue. I even got the number for the district manager who is somewhere out of state and called her. Of course I got no answer so I left another msg about the situation here in **. I would not do business with these guys again. I want them to take care of these cracks and then leave me alone. I wish I could give a negative star but I can't.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC

1 starThe company offers you the moon but they do not honor their word. I decided to cancel the proy/ject within the three day deadline given. I made an agreement on April 8, 2025 and cancerlled on April 9, 2025 by email and by phone. I called and email the sales team, customer service and project manager without a response. I would not recommend this company to anybody. They claim they have a local oiffice but I could not find it. I finally spoke to ******* ****** on April 10, 2025. As per ******* the job appear as cancelled on their side. I requested a copy of the cancellation. He was to send me a copy of the cancellation for my peace of mind. 1 starTerrible company they claim to have this "lifetime warranty" but they don't honor it. You can get them out for minor things, but the second something major occurs like the shower pan cracking you get ignored when you call. They put you on indefinite holds if they do answer, then hang up on you when you sit there waiting for a response. My mother has been calling for three months and not a single call has been returned. Absolute waste of $8,000. ***** this company at all costs, they don't back their product.Dreamstyle Remodeling, LLC
